ReductStore is a Rust project now

Hey everyone,

I wrote a few weeks ago that ReducStore start migrating from C++ to Rust. Now, It is done and the database is completely in Rust https://github.com/reductstore/reductstore.

I wasn't a Rust programmer when I started the migration, and I think I made some bad decisions in the very begging. So, the migration wasn't too smooth, and I had to learn a lot meanwhile. TL;DR

Now Rust has one open-source project more. The next steps are to write a client SDK and CLI client in Rust. Any feedback and contributions are welcome =)
