New crate announcement: `seredies`, a `serde` implementation of the Redis Protocol

Excited to announce my new crate, seredies, which implements the Redis Serialization Protocol in serde. This is part of a more general project to make a collection of crates enabling

In addition to the (de)serializers, seredies also provides a set of components aimed at making common Redis patterns easier to work with while still allowing the core (de)serializer to be a fairly 1:1 implementation of RESP. For instance, the Command adapter allows you to write a Redis command as an ordinary rust struct, which will then be serialized as a Redis array in keeping with the conventions for Redis commands.

This is only the data model, but my hope in the future is to combine it with tokio::codec and plumbing to create a more bespoke Redis client experience. I'd love to someday get this work merged into the redis crate itself, but as it stands this would be a pretty major breaking change from its command builders and ToRedisArgs / FromRedisValue model, so I'm publishing it as a standalone crate for now.
