I was wrong about rust

Moving my cpp Drogon server over to rust Axum with immediate effect. The convenience of cargo being the main reason, Drogon is phenomenal but has too much dependency hell to set up on servers. I'm going all in on rust now, I leave cpp with a heavy heart.
