Infino - Fast and scalable service to store time series and logs - written in Rust

Over the years, I was frustrated with needing two open-source systems (such as Prometheus + ELK) for storing metrics and application logs, even though the purpose of these two is the same - i.e., improve the observability and reliability of systems.

Additionally, had a desire to learn Rust, and this looked like a perfect area to get started with a reasonably complex project that touches upon storage management, compression schemes, data structure selection, multithreading, and so on.

Infino is built from the ground up in Rust, with performance (which leads to cost reduction) as THE key criteria that design decisions are made around. Give it a try if you'd like to store metrics and logs together, and reduce the cost of your observability infrastructure along the way! Happy to address any questions and feature requests.
