Silly question: while (job) interviewing, have you felt having rust on your resume was viewed negatively by any interviewer?

Disclaimer: This is 99% a silly thought, and I know the job market is bad, AND I shouldn't jump to conclusions from a single experience. But I'm curious if anyone else has experienced something like this.

I recently had an experience with a FAANG company where I felt like the interviewer's Java background actively worked against me while describing the solutions (like asking the same steps in a more traditional way).

Letting my mind wander, I wondered if there was a passive component of having Rust on the resume being used as a negative point.

Please do not let my experience/musings interfere with you sharing your experiences.
