Announcing Freya GUI library

I have released the first version of Freya, an experimental native GUI library for Rust powered by 🧬 Dioxus and Skia. It runs on Windows, macOS and Linux currently.

I would like this first version to gather suggestion, ideas, feedback and contributions

Some cool features to highlight besides what is common:

\- Built-in Virtual scrolling

\- Headless testing runner

\- Experimental DevTools panel

\- Dioxus hot reload integration
