Only senior vacancies

Here is my frustration (just a rant): I have 6 years of web development experience, but I never get any opportunities for rust positions because I have no rust experience and most vacancies get listed as 3+ years commercial experience.

What do I do to land a rust job, without getting a significant pay cut?
