Switch from job from Java to Rust?

I'm a software engineer with 6 years of experience. Tired of this too abstract level of Java I would like to switch to Rust. I took a look at Rust jobs offers and mostly are related to crypto-blockchain all remote and with high salary.
Are kind of scam or it's just a good moment to switch to Rust?
What do you just do at work with Rust?
Thanx guys for the answers I'm new to Rust and like it so far.
