Do two readers justify the use of RwLock instead of Mutex?

From what I understand a Mutex I can either write or read and with RwLock I can write or have multiple readers, but since it is more complex there is more overhead. In this case it is write-preferring lock. In my case I will at most two readers at the same time with many more writes than reads, is it worth it to use RwLock or should I just use one read at a time with a Mutex?
