Can I make mobile app (especially android) entirely in rust?

I've always wanted to make mobile app ever since I started learning programming (almost 4 years now, self-taught btw). I did make some toy app. I don't like the experience, with both Java, Kotlin & Compose. I don't like android framework's way of dealing with UI, package management, third party libs, and their design decision like for example: Factory Builder and some weird OOP things like Abstract Factory method and Adapter patterns etcs.. It's not because I don't understand them, but because it doesn't make sense for the use case. I want to go functional like rust, and I love rust. I want to make mobile app with rust. I also think it's possible to so because, flutter and dart can compile natively for Android, but I don't know how they did that. I want to make awesome beautiful graphics, and animated app like flutter able to achieve, but in rust. Dioxus said it supposed mobile including Android but I can't get it working. Is there anything that's I've been missing? Is there a proper documentation for Android? Not just for dioxus but android+ rust in general. What steps do I need to do to make rust working in android.
