Announcing axum-login 0.7.0
I'm happy to announce that axum-login 0.7.0 has been released.
As the name may imply, axum-login provides facilities for user identification, authentication, and authorization. In other words, it helps you build log in flows for your axum applications.
Please note: This release has reworked the API from the ground up to address issues we've uncovered over the last year of development. These are breaking changes.
Importantly axum-login has now been migrated to tower-sessions: this addresses the problems we've had with deadlocking.
If you're a current user of axum-login and wondering how to get started with these changes, please start by reviewing the documentation and example we've put together:
Please do reach out to us via the GitHub Discussions forum. We'd love your feedback and are happy to provide help to folks looking to migrate or who are getting started with the crate.
