Competitive programmers using Rust?

I've recently been watching some streams of competitive programmers. My favourite is Neal Wu who is incredibly fast and good at this. It's got me wondering about competitive programming in Rust. It's perhaps not an ideal language for it but might actually work well enough because most programs are quite simple. Do you all know of any competitive programmers using Rust, especially those who stream or upload videos?
