Writting A PDF Library in Rust
I'm writing a PDF library called rspdf, and I can't wait to share my thoughts on this project.
About PDF:
PDF is a complex format that combines compiler knowledge with graphics.
PDF may appear messy in some places, but it functions well. As I delve deeper, my admiration for the authors grows. I find it beautiful.
About Rust:
This is my first experience trying to build a library in Rust, and I'm enjoying the process. However, I've encountered some challenges.
Rust is not difficult to learn, but mastering it poses challenges. I struggle with error handling and the type system.
Designing a library for easy maintenance in Rust requires incorporating design patterns. However, I'm uncertain if Rust has patterns similar to those in Java.
