0.30.0 release of the sysinfo crate, the library to get system information

Just released the 0.30.0 version the sysinfo crate. It is a massive update with many changes. So many that I wrote a migration guide that you can read here.

The sysinfo crate allows to query system information such as CPU usage, processes, memory, etc.
