By what criteria a game engine written in Rust could be considered as production-ready?

I often see the following phrase - "none of the game engines written in Rust is actually production-ready" - in various discussions about game development in Rust. Which criteria is actually vital for a game engine so it can be considered as production-ready? What is missing in the current set of Rust game engines, that stops you from developing a game using one of those?
