Are GUIs written in rust more performant?

Maybe a silly question but does Rust give you that much more performance when writing frontend GUIs? I don't mean compiled to WASM, I mean deaktop app GUIs. I notice a few GUI libraries out there are bindings to eg Flutter (rinf) or basically webviews (eg Tauri) which in these cases I would assume Rust does not offer a major performance benefit. Are there cases where it would?
