Is explicitly writing return a bad practice in rust?

I recently got into rust and it's so great. However, the implicit returns feel a bit weird. I personally have been typing out 'return' as it feels more natural and easier to read as well. A couple days ago, I came across a post that said its not good to be following the old way and it's better to do implicit returns as that is the standard in rust and would make it easier for other devs to read. According to you, is this actually important or just not that much of an issue?

Edit: Should have specified, I am talking about the end of function returns, not just early returns.

Edit#2: Thank you everyone for the explanations. Going to stop writing explicit returns at the end of functions.
