Would you take a pay cut for a job in rust?

I currently work as a web dev and the work is super boring and I feel like I don’t learn much . I’ve been playing around with rust the past few months and I got a potential offer to work at a company as a rust developer working on a very complex project. However it would come with a pay decrease from 120k to 90k. I would get professional rust experience though.

Would you take this offer? I feel like rust could potentially be huge in the future and having professional experience would give me a leg up.
