What are problems with C++ that persist in Rust?
I'm mainly a C++ programmer but I have been dabbling a bit more in Rust lately. I love C++ but it is obviously a flawed language for many reasons, be it lack of safety, overly complex syntax, shitty module support, no standardized package management and so on.
Since Rust is somewhat of a spiritual successor to C++, in your opinion, what are some issues that were already present in C++ that are still pervasive in Rust?
Note that I'm not asking what C++ does better than Rust, that has definitely been asked before and the answers would be mostly subjective anyways.
