How do &you &cope with the &repetitive &strain of typing &?

I'm new to rust but a veteran of plenty of other programming languages. It took a while to grasp the concepts of moving and borrowing but once they sunk in rust has been a pleasure to work with.

My one complaint is that & is a really inconvenient character to have to type so often.

My natural habit seems to be pressing shift with my left hand and the 7 key with my right. Whereas every other programming character only seems to require one hand.

My solution has been to setup a live template in RustRover so I just type a followed by tab and it inserts &. How do you cope? I can't be the only one with this perculiarity.
