Announcing lonelyradio 0.6.0: music streaming service

56 points ivabus

What is it?

lonelyradio started as a simple audio streamer over TCP, and has now evolved into a service with its own protocol that supports various metadata, album covers and (possible) custom transcdings.

lonelyradio randomly selects tracks from your music library, transcodes them, and streams them directly to your device.
