Is there any reason to use Go over Rust for this project
I ask because I started learning Rust as I am building a web application similar to Sonarr or Radarr, and upon researching languages well suited to the task, I zeroed in on either Go or Rust (a lot of the target devices like Synology NAS's and such have fairly constrained resources).
C++ which I am familiar with isn't really well suited.
Anyway I already researched a fair bit, like I know the packages I need (e.g. actix-web, tokio, reqwest, and so on). But maybe someone with experience in Rust could let me know if there's any major complication I'm missing here. I know Goroutines are a lot simpler, but I'm not working for a company so there aren't any deadlines to worry about.
Breaking changes could be one reason to avoid Rust for example, if Go is something I could easily build and leave for years without worrying about the app nreaking.
Cheers
