Is just me or Rust is too heavy for my computer to handle?

I've been coding in Rust for quite a while now, in many different projects, OSes, IDEs and contexts. Rust analyzer on both VSCode, Zed and Neovim in Windows, WSL2 and Linux. Cargo can take up to 3 minutes for the first compilation and 1 minute on each new compilation. Also its indexing is really slow. I have 4 physical cores and all of them max out every time I try to write Rust. I usually use Tauri but I have experienced similar results in lighter codebases. Any advice on how to speed those up? What specs do you recommend?
