Netmiko Alternative in Rust - A (small) win for the rust networking community

Hello dear rustaceans.

If you've been programming around the networking world before, you probably know the library Netmiko / Paramiko, written in python. If not, it's basically a library to manage switches and networking devices through python code, automatically.

Up until recently there has been absolutely no alternative in Rust, so I decided to go try and make one.

Currently it supports, what I would say, a decent amount of networking devices. Generically speaking, probably even more than are documented, since the code could probably support more since I tried to write it very generically and supportive.

Next to looking at what netmiko did, I decided to put my own ideology and rust-twist into the library, to try and fix some things that bothered me with netmiko, mostly stemming from python being... python.

There's definitely also a big focus on usability, maintainability and ease to the programmer.

I would be more than happy to receive some attention towards getting more network devices tested, issues opened so we can maybe get a real competitor to the real thing up and running in rust.

Try it out, it's easy, almost fully documented and I wrote some examples :)

Have a great day everyone, and happy rusting!
