HypoRS - Statistical Hypothesis Testing for Polars

Hey guys,

Created this Rust library \HypoRS\\ to enable Hypothesis testing for Polars Series objects: https://crates.io/crates/hypors/

It covers several parametric tests (Z, Student T, Proportion, ANOVA, Chi Square), the Mann Whitney, and their variants.

There are facilities to configure between alpha values, tails and power (for sample size calculation).

It should be pretty holistic, but any issues/contributions are welcome.
