Managing libs for C++ is just painful... should I switch to rust?
I really like C++ and all but I swear to god, I've spent more time trying to learn how to use Cmake and use external libs rather than actually learning how to use cpp and making projects. This is getting old fast.
I was going to use Cpp primarily for machine learning with libs such as mlpack & REST APIs but I've realised managing dependencies really sucks. So, rust is next in line since the performance between the 2 are close enough.
This is really just unfortunate since I was looking forward to learning cpp for a lot of other things such as godot.
Should I switch to rust since the process of installing libs is simpler?
