ADBR: Rewrote ADB client in Rust - modern, maintainable code

Hey everyone,

Built ADBR - an Android Debug Bridge client implementation in Rust, focusing on clean code structure and improved error handling.

ADBR aims to bring:

\- Clean, modern Rust code structure

\- Better error handling and feedback

\- Full command parity with original ADB

\- Easy to understand and modify
