a #![no_std], #![no_main], no-[#tokio] runtime for AWS Lambda

I've had a long-term interest in finding the most efficient AWS Lambda implementation that can possibly exist.

I have been disappointed with the standard offerings in both Go and Rust, as they're almost as bloated as Java AOT. Nim and Zig looked promising but lack maturity at this time.

So, I decided it was time to learn some low-level Rust and C interop, by implementing a new runtime from scratch, starting from the lowest levels and only adding what was absolutely necessary.

This is rough around the edges but passes "hello world" deployment:

It looks very promising with 15kb binaries, 5ms cold starts, and sub-millisecond warm response!

Additional testing, bug reports, and bugfix PRs would be welcomed :-)
