Computational Algebra
I've recently published a computational algebra library I have been working on for a while, written in pure rust, called Algebraeon.
It includes a lot of algorithms for exact computations with polynomials (factoring), matrices (solving systems of equations, various normal forms), groups (finding isomorphisms, coset enumeration), simplicial complexes (homology, union/intersection), algebraic numbers (root isolation, root arithmetic, some algebraic number theory), p-adic numbers, etc.
I know there are a handful of other maths orientated crates already but I am not aware of any filling quite the same niche to the same extent. I'd would be interested to hear about any if they exist.
My plan going forward is to implement more algorithms, bring the already implemented algorithms closer to the cutting edge of current methods, and write better documentation with examples.
I hope it is of interest to someone. Get in touch if your interests also lie in the intersection of rust and mathematics. Any feedback welcome.
