UnsafeCell AKA Satoru Gojo of Rust

Recently I have been reading the std library docs and I can't ignore how many times UnsafeCell has been the exception of a hyped up rule that can never be broken. Infact if you run grep -Eir '\bexcept inside\b' * over the entire std lib documentation you will find that all the hits are about UnsafeCell.

Its like how in the anime Jujutsu Kaisen the narrator hypes up a new character by explaining how no one has ever survived their special move then ends with 'except Satoru Gojo'.

Look at the mighty Shared Reference, its no mutation pact guarantees instant death via undefined behavior. No one dares to mutate through this...except inside UnsafeCell.
