Terminal spinner library with an extensive preset collection

• Rattles is compile-time first; all spinner data is baked in at compile time aiming for minimal overhead.
• Rattles is minimal; it makes no assumptions about how the output will be used and has no dependencies.

By default, spinners use a global clock and can be constructed directly in a render loop without having to store them somewhere. A tick-driven implementation of spinners is also available. `no_std` is supported.
