[Media] Perfectly acceptable way to determine the end of a file ;)

If the file reaches the end, then end, otherwise return an error saying "I don't know what happened, but here's the error"

If you know a good method to actually read the end of a file, lmk, basically I'm parsing a type of binary file, so...
