Rust helped me break out the curse of vibe coding
So I used to be a heavy python vibe coder (yes disgusting), and one day, I decided to take up rust.
And let me say, it has absolutely removed my desire to vibe code.
I am 16, for 2 years, I've been a vibe coder, I never enjoyed writing in Python, and I hate the syntax, I don't like the library system. Don't get me wrong, it's a great language for beginners! But over time, it just kinda never clicked.
When I used rust, it was extremely fun to learn and use, I can understand all of it better than python, because it makes you have to explain everything if you want to run and understand the code. I am a very logical person I think in:
Step 1 --> step 2 --> step 3
Python goes:
Step 3 --> step 1 --> step 2
And thankfully rust fulfils that preference that I have been looking for.
I also felt like python very much limited me, as well as the ai. I like to make complex projects, but python and AI's never achieved what I wanted. Once again, I used ai because I hated writing in Python. Because of how Rust is a low level language, I can literally, do anything with the computer I want it to, without the heavy complexity of C++.
So in a summary, thank you everyone for making a good language with (actually good) documentation as well as a good book to use to learn (the holy book of rust)
And once again thank you.
Any questions and thoughts?
