Dioxus, Tauri, or Iced?

I want to learn a GUI. I've never built one before. I've been practicing Iced, and I kind of like it, but I'm worried about the lack of documentation and that it might become outdated due to infrequent updates.

I know Tauri is possibly the best option for enterprise adoption, but I'd really like to avoid web development.

Then I came across Dioxus. I'd seen it before, but I understood it was also web-based. However, I found out it also has a native renderer (still under development), and I'm curious about its future.

If the best option is to learn Tauri and TypeScript, etc., I'd do it. I don't know anything about web development; I've never done anything related to it. I'm really a beginner, and Rust is practically (not literally) my first language, at least my first serious one.

Dioxus appeals to me more because of its support and flexibility: desktop, web, Android, etc.

I don't expect it to be better or faster natively, but I do expect the flexibility and support it has, besides being pure Rust.

Objective: To create my own cross-platform apps (especially on Linux, where most apps have limited support).

To create local enterprise systems in my country (Nicaragua). They don't care about the stack, but most businesses have low-resource PCs, so I need something fast, stable, and secure.
