A TypeScript developer learning Rust.

I've been learning to code for about two years and completed an internship at a startup. After a couple of months, I came to realize that I hate web development and all the abstractions that modern frameworks provide (Next.js, ugh).

But I do enjoy programming, writing code by hand, and diving deep (Neovim btw). I made a decision never to look back, and I have committed myself to learning low-level programming. And I am starting with Rust, specifically the book "The Rust Programming Language."

But I wonder, should I learn C or C++ to better understand low-level programming, or dive straight into Rust?
